Why we built this

Nobody told us either. That's the point.

Both of us were promoted into management without being told what it actually required. We figured it out the hard way — through situations that went wrong, conversations that landed badly, and standards that slipped because we didn't know how to hold them.

We spent years leading teams across industries before we had the language to describe what we'd learned. Then we watched the same pattern repeat with every first-time manager who came up after us.

Trevity is the resource we didn't have. Specific, direct, built around the situations you're actually in — not the ones that make for good theory.

Patrick has spent his career in manufacturing and supply chain operations in global companies, working alongside supervisors, managers, and managers of managers navigating the real work of leading people. He has helped them develop themselves and the people around them — building confidence, holding standards, having the conversations they kept putting off, and doing things they didn't think they were capable of.

His coaching is direct and situation-specific. He does not deal in frameworks. He deals in the conversation you have next week.
