What happens in the session

    Intake form before the call. You tell us the situation in advance so we arrive prepared. No time wasted getting up to speed.

    60 minutes, all action. No theory section. No warm-up. We work through your specific situation from the first minute.
  • 03
    You leave with a clear next move. Not a reflection exercise. A specific action: what to say, when to say it, and how to handle the likely response.
  • 04
    Optional follow-up session. If the situation develops or the first conversation opens something new, a follow-up session is available.

  • The opening line. Exactly how to start the conversation: the words, not just the intention.
  • A prepared response to pushback. We anticipate the likely reaction and prepare you for it before you walk in.
  • Clarity on the standard. What you expect, stated specifically, so there is no room for misinterpretation after.

Sometimes the situation is too specific, too confidential, or too urgent for a group program. Private coaching is one-to-one, with Patrick or James directly, not handed off to an associate. You bring the situation as it actually is. We work through it.

Some people book a single session for a specific conversation they need to have next week. Others work with us over several months as they navigate a challenge or goal. Either is fine. We don't push you toward a package you didn't ask for.
